The doctors you contact on the emergency hotline are experienced diving, travel and Assistance physicians.

If you dial the hotline, we’ll always be there for you.

You’ll receive advice and assistance for health problems abroad. We provide you with behavioural recommendations and give you the names of reliable doctors or treatment centres. Of course, we will also organise immediate accommodation for you.

To discuss your situation, we talk to your treating doctor on site, taking into account your family, the travel representative, your local GP etc., guaranteeing you optimum treatment. If necessary, we organise for you to be moved to another hospital better equipped for your needs.

In cases of doubt, we sent experienced emergency doctors out to your location to give you supplies or bring you back to Germany with medical care. Of course, we then also ensure you continue to be looked after in Germany.

We therefore take responsibility for the full organisation and administration incl. cost coverage. You no longer have to worry about things like:

  • What will happen with the hotel room?
  • Where will my luggage be kept?
  • Who will look after by family / travel partner?
  • How will I overcome any language problems?
  • What treatment is the most sensible for me?
  • What will happen with my plane tickets?
  • How will I get home if my return flight date is expired?
  • and so forth.

You no longer have to worry about problems with hospital discharge papers or problems with the local authorities. We take care of all of that.
